Students Uniform Shop Special Services

~ Home Delivery - Our special Kent home delivery service is available at a reduced rate of just £4.99 (incl. vat) per order, for all orders for school uniform stocked at our shop in Faversham. Orders eligible for this service will be dispatched (usually within 48 hours, subject to stock availability) via a next day courier. Home deliveries require a signature.

~ Collect from Store - To collect your school uniform order from our shop in Faversham please place your order and wait for a 'Dispatched' email prior to collection to make sure your order is ready before you come over. Please click here for a map to find us.

~ Collect from School - For selected schools we offer a FREE delivery & returns service, please see the schools main page in Your School Uniform for more details. PLEASE NOTE, THIS SERVICE IS ONLY AVAILABLE DURING TERM TIMES.

Out of Stock

Our online shop does not show a live stock status and whilst we endeavour to always have stock available for immediate dispatch, some items may sell out from time to time but will still be available to order online. Once ordered you will be notified by email (usually within 48 hours) if an item is ‘Awaiting Stock’. This means the order has been put on back order and will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available. Most items take on average up to 2-3 weeks for stock replenishment; however some may take longer, especially during peak times.

Track Your Order

If you would like to track your order at any stage, or if you would like an estimated due date for an item marked ‘Awaiting Stock’, please click here to email us quoting your unique order reference number (e.g. TC0001234).

Cancel Your Order

You are able to cancel your order if required prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. To cancel an order please click here to email us quoting your unique order reference number (e.g. TC0001234).

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased from us, you can return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund (excluding carriage). The returned goods must be in a resalable condition and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories. If the return is due to a faulty garment or we have sent an item in error then we will offer a replacement or full refund (including carriage) provided we are aware of this within 10 working days. Please send all returns securely to the following address, we can not be held responsible for items that fail to reach us safely:
